PURE FLĀVA. is a brand of Phĭnda Roots Collaboration Ltd., a fully Bahamian company headquartered in Freeport, Grand Bahama. We specialize in authentically Bahamian all‑natural food and beverage products, including our signature conch broth and other culinary flavors offered locally and internationally. All ecommerce transactions will be conducted in Bahamian Dollars (BSD).

Customer Service & Policies

    • We do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

    • If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

    • Orders are shipped via DHL Express.

    • Local deliveries within The Bahamas typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

    • International deliveries via DHL Express typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

    • Shipping to countries subject to international trade sanctions or restrictions is not available.
